Privacy Policy
Last updated: 03 June 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how ThinkHuman Ltd (“ThinkHuman”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use StatRelay (“the service”). StatRelay is operated for Discord bot developers who send statistics to one endpoint for relay to configured bot listing sites.
For questions or requests: lets-chat@thinkhuman.dev
1. Who We Are
Data controller: ThinkHuman Ltd
Contact: lets-chat@thinkhuman.dev
If you use a self-hosted copy of the StatRelay software, the operator of that deployment is the data controller for that instance — not ThinkHuman — unless we operate it for you.
2. Information We Collect
2.1 Account Information — Discord OAuth
When you sign in, we receive information from Discord such as your Discord user ID, username, avatar, and email address, if you grant that scope.
We use this to create and maintain your StatRelay account and to enforce admin access where configured.
2.2 Bot and Statistics Data
You provide Discord application IDs, bot display names, and statistics, such as server count, shard count, and user count.
We store the latest stats you submit, relay history, and timestamps needed to operate relays and show logs in the dashboard.
2.3 Integration Credentials
If you connect bot listing sites, you may store API keys or tokens for those services.
We store them to call each Integration’s API on your behalf when you post stats. Do not submit credentials you are not authorized to use.
2.4 Billing Information
If you subscribe to StatRelay Pro, payment processing is handled by Stripe.
We receive subscription status, customer identifiers, and billing metadata from Stripe — not your full card number. Stripe’s privacy policy applies to payment data they process.
2.5 Technical and Usage Data
We process information necessary to run the service, such as IP addresses for rate limiting and security, request logs, error reports, and relay job outcomes.
Relay endpoints may log client IPs for abuse prevention.
2.6 Cookies and Consent
We use cookies and similar technologies for authentication, security, and — where required — consent management through our consent platform, c15t.
Non-essential cookies are used only according to your choices where consent is required by law. You can adjust preferences via the consent banner where shown.
3. How We Use Information
We use personal data to:
- Provide, maintain, and secure StatRelay.
- Authenticate you and administer your account.
- Relay statistics to Integrations you configure.
- Enforce plans, rate limits, and acceptable use.
- Process subscriptions and communicate about billing.
- Comply with legal obligations and respond to lawful requests.
- Improve reliability and diagnose incidents.
We do not sell your personal information.
4. Legal Bases — EEA and UK Users
Where GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we rely on:
- Contract — to provide the service you signed up for.
- Legitimate interests — security, fraud prevention, service improvement, and enforcing our terms, balanced against your rights.
- Consent — where required for non-essential cookies or similar technologies.
- Legal obligation — where we must retain or disclose data by law.

6. International Transfers
We and our providers may process data in the United Kingdom and other countries.
Where required, we use appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses, for transfers outside your country.
7. Retention
We keep information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service, comply with law, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.
Relay logs and billing records may be retained for a limited period according to operational and legal needs.
You may request deletion subject to exceptions below.
8. Security
We use technical and organizational measures appropriate to the risk, including hashed bot API tokens, encrypted transport using HTTPS, access controls, and secrets management.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. You are responsible for protecting your bot tokens and Integration credentials.
9. Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing of your personal data, and to data portability or withdrawal of consent.
To exercise rights, contact lets-chat@thinkhuman.dev. You may also complain to your local supervisory authority.
We may need to verify your identity before responding. Some data must be retained for legal or legitimate business reasons, such as billing records.

StatRelay is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
Contact us if you believe a child has provided data.
